One of many discussions in the UA forum about RCC access.

It seems you get RCC access in J/F on international itineraries, where here "international" means "any other country". You aren't entitled to drink chits. Apparently you need to be crossing an ocean to deserve a glass of wine.

There are also many discussions about RCC rules not being followed!
