Now that you mention it... yes, I believe KLM pilots are now allowed to invite family members into the cockpit. I know someone who flies for KLM, and he mentioned something along those lines last time I spoke to him (even suggesting that I should claim to be his cousin if I should ever find myself on a flight with him!)
