Me and 2 friends are planning a trip for next summer, and we would like to know if there are any advantages for them to travel on my ticket?

It would be easier to book us on seperate tickets because we can then pay seperately with seperate credit cards.
As there are 2 companions and they will travel on a non-upgradable fare, that's not a possible advantage.

But will we be able to preboard together? And can they check-in with me at the premium check-in?

Also if they would be on my PNR, would i lose the possibility to get an upgrade?
