Being in Tokyo I called the number on the back of my WP card 03 3533 6000 and asked if I could reserve my seat now, I have the flight booked through a different travel agency not direct with NW. This is for dec 8 nrt to msp The woman on the phone said I can not select my seat now only at the airport. I gave her my WP number so she could see my status but still nothing, is this right? Should I try talking to someone else or am I really stuck waiting until checkin?
