I find the sleeper service disgraceful. I connected once from Mexico (AA) at Chicago to BA J and our inbound was delayed, so would not have had chance to dine in lounge as we had to proceed pretty much to the plane after check-in. No food on the AA flight (in Y) for 3.5 hours, then dash to the BA plane and fly to London (7 hours) - total elapsed time between last having a full meal in my hotel in Mexico to arrivals lounge at LHR - over 14 hours. I find that absurd. Luckily, we were op-upped to F, so irrelevant, but still.

I find the VS Snooze zone much more relevant. You the pax choose whether you want to sleep in peace and quiet, or eat and watch TV etc. On the 744, they could easily offer a Snooze Zone in 2 of the 3 zones on the Hi-J and 1 of 2 on the mid-J. On the 3 class T7s it is easy too. 4 class T7s it is more complex, though, as you can't split the dormitory so easily.
