Absolutely wrong. Don't make up $100 change fees when it is actually $200.

<font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">The $200. change fee from Northwest would only apply if you "exchanged" your CO tickets for NWA tickets and your out of pocket cost to do that would actually be $265.96 per ticket.</font>
I don't think you understand the meaning of "exchanged".
