I'm in the opposite situation: plenty of RDMs but generally need EQMs, so I'd leave things alone if I was the least bit concerned that I might lose those. Everyone's situation is different on this one. Most, including mine, also vary from year to year. Last year I would have gone for the RDMs, since EQMs were a non-issue, but that would be an unusual year for me. In 2005 I made AA EXP by the skin of my teeth (100,030 miles) with three Dec. 31st flights - the extra EQMs would have been most welcome earlier on!
