I believe cockpit visits were more or less abolished everywhere after 9/11.

I do know of a couple of airlines that will allow passengers to sit next to the pilot, but these are airlines that operate Islanders/Trislanders with no separate cockpit. (I had the right-hand seat on a Trislander flight in the Channel Islands a little while ago)
