Unless their profiles have their age in them, just call as them, say you want to upgrade "your" dad's flight with "my" miles.

If their profile does have their age in it, then it should also be a set up as a minor's account with your name in it somewhere. In this case, just call as yourself and say you want to spend their inheritance.
