Rules of Standby on KLM flights in AMS
what are the rules about doing standby on flights in AMS, i have a 5 pm flight to hanover, ge but would like to catch the 2 PM.

Also can i have my bag go on the 2 even though i am not on it?

Some of these might be dumb, but i seldom check luggage and never check internationally
