I've bought them on line and just collected them at the ticket kiosk at Kings Cross before (went up to Norwich a few months ago). You need to input a reservation number at the kiosk and it will print out the ticket for you. I may have used a friend's UK address/postal code to register, but it took my U.S. credit card just fine.
