I am kind of annoyed because I called back 3 times and now they're saying I asked for it to be cancelled on the original call, per Pam's "documentation" and are refusing to reinstate the ticket. This is completely and utterly untrue. One of the agents even told me you can keep calling back but the answer is going to be the same. What kind of customer service is this?
