Wow...Using Travel Credits are a pain in the parkers...

I have been on the phone w/ US since 7:30 PM ET to get two travel credits waiver's performed due to mech cancellations in PHX last July. Got both of them waived and I am on hold w/ the INTL desk (Plat Line) to book a LAX-YYC trip...You FTers will think I am insane after I book all my travel for March 24-April 2

Atleast the CSRs in PHX are overwhelmed at uhh 9:33 PM EST when the CSR went "I cant handle this anymore sir please stick to the hold for INTL desk I was not trained on this yet" (When asking about expiration of said travel credits).

Could I just page Warbo or PhxMama and you guys could book me my trip because it's a hassle and trust me NRSA is much easier than this (sarcasm)
