thats when I got that UA form we are sorry letter.
One bag arrived - one didnt ( both with priority tags). Told bag removed for weight issues ( umm - what do the priority tags mean - and this was an A320 - not an RJ)
anyway - baggage claim says it is on the next flight and will be delivered between midnite and 2am. thats ok says me - I need it for tommorrow, so send it over.
No bag
Go to airport that Monday morning to fly out - and the bag is still sitting there
