How Do I Get a Multi-Segment Trip To Price Correctly on CO.COM???

I am in the process of booking a MR for May 14-15 and found a nice MCI-EWR-IAH-MSY-IAH-EWR-MCI trip for $206 all in (Expedia, ITA Software) . A little over 6,000 EQM's if I can get it on the website.

So I put in my cities using the Multi-City feature and all it will pull up is Y class fares for $526 all in (granted $526 is great for a full refundable Y fare!! but I still want to see if I can get it for $206).

Is there something else I should be doing or does the website just not like multi-city "mileage run" type routings??

Any help from the CO gurus is greatly appreciated.
