Which Hyatt did you stay at? The one at Sanur or Nusa Dua?
I was a bit disappointed with the Grand Hyatt at Nusa Dua. I stayed there for two nights last month. Nothing outstanding was wrong with the resort, though it really paled in comparison to the three resorts I visited located close by: Inter-Continental, Conrad and Ritz-Carlton.
I was particularly disappointed with the food offerings in the club lounge. There were no hot items (except for toast) in the morning, though one could order egg dishes for US$10. I'm used to having a full buffet breakfast on executive floors at hotels in Asia. The evening hors d'oeuvres presentation was also disappointing. Selection was rather limited.
Also, the entire lounge is outdoors albeit covered. There were times during my stay when it would have been nice to have some air conditioned space in the club lounge.
In my opinion, the whole place has a three-star resort feel to it.
