After a couple of weeks of trying to get some lost points, I finally got things resolved just before the weekend. Pam (who has been wonderful) had tacken things under her wing.

But even though we were on the same page, the points didn't post. I was just about to pick up the phone when it rang. It was Pam, calling to tell me that the last of my pointshad posted. I checked online, and there they were!

Now, Pam has always returned my calls in the past. And she has always called to follow up on my faxes. But this time she called after a four day lag to update me.

Now that is good customer service!
