George Soros is an investor in Grand China and Adam Tan, their CFO, is western educated.
Interesting, would this merger change their relative size enough to impact their position as China's 4th largest airline? Or is that already taking subsidiaries into account?
That article also notes that they've ordered 100 ERJs.
