I can't speak for the capacity of the BA system, but I have a Targus universal power supply - it has two input leads, one for 110-240V AC, the other for rental cars, aircraft etc. It's slightly bigger and heavier than the one supplied with my Toshiba Notebook, but it's a lot better than having to carry two bricks.
