Hi,

unfortunately - not an insider anymore.... left the business years ago and work now in an architecture office...

But I was sure, that LH offers a lot more special meals than many other airlines (when we had this training, I didn´t know what some of these special meals are made for (or what to prevent...) - I was very impressed....)
