I'm new here and couldn't find this posted anywhere else on here:

I want to cancel a nonrefundable ticket because US Airways changed the departure time of the flight, they never notified me. Will they waive the fee if the reason I am canceling the flight is because I can't make the new earlier flight time? The flight changed by 15 min. but making the later time was going to be hard.
