Glad you have a copy of your reservation confirmation.

This happened to me at the JW Ko Olina in Hawaii. Upon arrival, I showed them a copy of my confirmation. They were obviously aware that the upgrade charge had increased, but I was only charged the rate given at the time I reserved.

Definitely have to watch out for these things, though.
