I called MP and after speaking to a wonderful agent that didn't understand the promo, nor why I wasn't updated, placed me on hold to inquire about my refund. After about 15 minutes a SD came on the line and I was told that I was never charged for promotion. I informed the SD that I was and that my credit showed a charge for the $100 on 1/6/07. I was then placed on hold again, and when the SD came back he stated that I was refunded in Feb, I informed him that I was never credited back the $100 and that my CC statements showed no refund for Feb/Mar. Funny how can one be refunded for a charge that never took place. Kinda scary that I was talking to a person with authority.

I am then placed on hold again for another 10 minutes, got to love them holds, the SD comes back and states that they will manually input the change to 1P. I stated that my call wasn't to get 1P put on, I did not want that since if they look at my account once my SFO-LAX flight post I will be 1P, but receive a refund for the promotion. I am then placed on hold again... finally when the SD comes back on he takes my credit card information that I used to sign up and I am told that I should see the refund in 7 to 10 business days.

Sweet!!!!! ^ I will keep you informed as to when the credit posts.
