Is Premium Economy on VS comparable to Business Class on AA or UA?

My main concerns are:

1) Being able to sleep a little bit, and
2) Getting some decent food.

Business Class seats on AA or UA are okay for sleeping, but the pictures of the PE seats on VS look nearly as comfortable to me.

Any opinions?
