I fully agree but their is no indication that the OP suffers from asthma, is it?

If is nothing but a certain inconvenience I (absolute non smoker) would still get my sleep (refrain from nightly posts) and reserve my rights for the next morning without considering all the health problems I do not suffer from and even refrain from starting a law suit at midnight.
