My story: Lost checked luggage ORD-CVG, checked in 2 hours ahead, no bad weather, bag never made it - staying at hotel. Filed a claim, no update until about 3 hours later. Later: Bag would show up on 10PM flt, deliveries are bundled, I might not get until after midnight. Gave up, told front desk NOT to call and wake me when bag showed up. Bag showed at 2AM according to front desk the following morning. Sent message to Customer Relations, got apology. End of story.
