Raffles is 100% correct in my view. Nothing I said or put forward contradicts any of the points he sought to make.
However before the "bonus points" was raised general behaviour was one of harvesting rather than rape and pillage. My narrower point therefore is that I believe it was the exploitation by so many of the "bonus points" that might have hastened the tipping point and that there might have been something we might have learned about moderation.
