A few years ago while flying back home to Miami with my girlfriend (who I gave my upgraded seat too) I struck up a conversation with my seatmate - a very beautiful girl who was moving to Miami. We spoke almost continuously throughout the course of the 3 hour flight during which I mentioned to her that it could only happen to me that I meet an attractive, single, doesn't know a single person in my city, girl and my girlfriend abandoned me in coach! I give her my number and tell her if she needs any help settling in to call. Two years later at a party with my girlfriend, I get a tap on my shoulder - guess who? She relates the story of our talk on the airplane - good thing I told my girlfriend about my comments at the time!
