There is no way to buy a P seat unless you purchase a Y or B fare. Your options are 1. Ask nicely at the gate and hope you get lucky, 2. Settle for an aisle seat in coach further in the back (note there is no difference in leg room between P and normal seats except P seats are closer to the front and have power ports), 3. Ask NW for a comp to Silver elite from your 2p status.
