Skyteam doesn't fly nonstop from PHL to Europe. The only airline connecting directly to AMD from Europe is Air India out of LHR, although Kuwait and Emirates connect from KWI and DXB respectively. If you want to fly on skyteam you would probably be better off driving to JFK rather than trying to connect from PHL-- the commuter flights in the NE are notorious for delays. You might also try CO out of EWR, as they are starting EWR-BOM service in addition to their EWR-DEL service.

Also, if you are thinking of flying CO, try searching for trips starting in ZFV (philadelphia 30th street station). Those involve a train up to EWR, but are sometimes a bit cheaper than flying directly from EWR and living in PHL the train might actually be more convenient for you.
