Just because you can detain or deny someone doesn't mean you should.
Agreed. I think that the real issue is that this Administration is trying to invoke fear in the enemy and comfort at home by being reflexively hard-assed about all immigration procedure. It's just stupid, and I can't wait for a more sensible Administration to come along.
