Problems Calling Reservations
Not sure what's going on here, but over the last 7 days, I have been having problems calling the reservations desk.
I know ICHG have changed the announcement when you call, they have introduced a bot, but every time I have called I get a message “ We are receiving a high volume of calls, expected wait is 10 minutes”
Yesterday, twice I waited over 20 minutes, today I waited 17 minutes, and in the end, I gave up.
Anyone else experiencing problems?
