I almost posted this under United Mileage Plus, but wasn't sure that was the right place.

My cat isn't a "yowler." I don't think my vet is a fan of sedatives, but I'll ask her if I can have something in case he starts acting up. I rescued him over 8 years ago, and he's very timid around strangers. I'm afraid he will freak out when I take him through security--I'll have the collar and leash on him. When I take him to the vet, he's very quiet in the car. I am very concerned that he will bother the other PAX.

Thanks, again, for the advice. I've flown only with a dog who was in baggage. That was several years ago.
