As far as the phone call is concerned, I'd ratherr they not make the call at all. To me, it's bothersome. Sometimes, it scares the living daylights outta me hearing a loud, unfamilar ring. Don't call me.

Duvets? I like 'em. Crank the air and bury yourself in 'em. The proliferation of duvets at hotels has been one of the better, recent improvement in the industry, imo. I thank whichever chain started that 'arms race'.
