One time we were at a five star resort and we had just checked in and didn't request turndown for that night. We were so jet-lagged that we were in bed by 8:30 Hawaii time. At 9:00 PM we heard the door slam loudly and a woman yell TURNDOWN. She turned on all the lights as she came in. When she saw us half asleep, she turned around, left a pile of towels on the edge of the tub and left all the lights on, on her way out. Oh, I was mmmaaaddd.
