BA London-Las Vegas via Canada, which airport?
Flying my parents from Sweden to visit me in Las Vegas using AA miles. Since Club World is nicer than AA Business Class, and have to make a stop-over in N. America anyway, I thought about flying them BA via Canada. Checked with AA and this is possible. Any suggestions which Canadian gateway to use? Anything else I should consider?
