
I've been debating getting this service mainly due to the 25,000 skymiles offer. I called several times with various questions and I was told they would waive off the activation fee of 29.95. But look at the following text chat I had with one of their "sales" agents online. Maybe you'll get as big a laugh out of it as I did:
