HKG/PVG has a CX/KA flight every hour. Just get it changed to the time you want. Looks like they may have re-aligned flight numbers as CX sucks in KA and your original flight number is now used at a different time.
This is on a OW award and so KA is not available now, nor is it available for partner awards, until it officially joins OW as an associate member. I asked the rep if they were making any exceptions, but they weren't.
