Hi,

I'm going to Warsaw and Krakow from 22nd to 26th March ( I was going to just fly to Krakow but the BA fares was £900 ( Club) compared to £200 to WAW.

My plan is;

22nd March :Arrive warsaw about noon and drop my bags of at the Hilton. Aftenoon/Evening in the Old Town/Palace of Culture

23rd March : Late morning train to Krakow ( stay at the Sheraton-explore the city)

24th March: Krakow ( start with Wawel castle before most of the crowds and go to the Old town)

25th March: Mid afternoon train back to WAW & the hilton

26th March: A few hours in Warsaw before early pm flight back to LHR.
