Well I decided to leave the trip as it is, which is one night Warsaw (albeit that we don't leave till 7 p.m. on the second day) and three nights in Krakow. Should be great. And we are staying at the Hotel Stary in Krakow which is supposed to be fantastic. It's very new, but in the shell of a very old building I believe. My brother was there a few months ago for a very, very brief stay but loved it. And we are staying at the Rialto in Warsaw which is an art deco hotel, also very nice. Hotels are a big deal to me so I have picked all the ones in all the cities we are going to very carefully. We are so excited about the trip though and thanks for all you guys' help and suggestions!
