KrisO, I have for the past three years been using this type of service and I love it. Only $$10 more than a taxi and the same driver is always waiting just outside the customs area to help with baggage, etc. Of course I pay with credit card and since I know them now and they know me, only pay upon return to airport. I make reservations by email and never, ever have I had to wait on the service. Stated another way, they are ultra dependable.

By the way, the auto they have is just what you described, always clean and spotless actually. For your reference, I normally use them about every other month for a combined pick-up and return.

If one can afford the relatively small difference, IMHO this is the way to get into the city efficiently and pleasantly. Especially nice after a 26 hr trip from the US for me anyway.
