I noticed that "PIO Card" or "PIO" seems to have been purposely removed (at least the bulk of the print, even if not the entire outline of the characters) from the board in the immigration arrivals area at DEL. For those who use that lane on a PIO basis, I hope this isn't a sign of a change in practice. Perhaps a PIO card-holder who goes in/out of DEL can share with us their experience since mid-February.
