This is a vertigo question.
How many floors does the Sin IC have and does it (unlike BKK) start on the ground floor please? Does it have upgrade opportunities on lower floors - or is all action on a high floors? What floor is the exec area? Normally the comfort level expires at round about the 7th floor - so any feedback welcomed.

16 floors. I've been upgraded to L/Junior suites on 3, 7, 9, 15....club on 11, shophouse suites on 3. Club lounge is on 11.
