Redcoats are customer service specialists that assist customers in major cities and hubs. Literally just look for that - a person in a red sport coat jacket. Typically they may be at your gate or adjacent.

If you're unable to find one, proceed to the nearest Customer Service center and they'll hook you up. If you can, to expedite, have CO document your reservation in advance.
