That's why you pick a cruise that doesn't have those things, and caters to your choices. That being said, I agree. Vacations are not a one-size-fits-all and the beauty of the travel industry is that there are so many choices and options in all different price ranges and levels of luxury. People work very hard for their leisure time and should never be critized for their choices. That's what I took offense to by the comments of Frommer's. Its one thing to tell the world about the opportunities that are out there, but it doesn't mean that it is everyone's cup of tea! Personally I love traveling abroad, cruises as well as tropical escapes. Each one presents a very different experience for me, but thats just me!
