I called tesco clubcard on Wednesday morning and they asked for the order number. I gave them this, he mentioned the security issue then they appeared in my BA account the next morning.

I do wonder if there may be a backlog (or some other error) and simply him looking at the order was enough to trigger the throughput. The security line may have just been a cop-out????
