Do you mean it took a couple months for the charges to appear on your credit card statement, or are you referring to the Thank You Rewards posting? In my experience when you buy tickets through Expedia there are two credit card charges, one from the airline for the ticket and one from Expedia for their booking fee. Were the credit card charges for your transactions from airline or from Expedia or a combination?
The tickets were purchased in April, and the charges appeared on my May statement. The ThankYou mileage summary (prints on the bill after all the charges) appeared on my September statement. On the September statement, I got zero miles for all of it.
These particular tickets were United MileagePlus awards, with me paying the taxes on my PP credit card. The award ticket appears on my statement just like any other airline ticket, but with just a minimal charge for tax/fees. I assumed that I would get credit for the fully paid ticket, and was hoping for mileage on the award ticket. However, I got zero miles in total.
