Personally, I think that it is a BIG mistake to let the existence or otherwise of a lounge influence your choice of a vacation location. Sure, the lounge is a nice add-on, but remember that these days, an upgrade- especially on a reward stay - is a bit of a gamble.
Hre are a couple of suggestions of excellent properties that are within a couple of hours of each other:
1. Hilton Molino Stucky Venice and Hotel Villa Iqiea Palermo (Sicily)- You can use one of the Low Cost Italian Airlines to fly between the two.
2. Hilton Seychelles and Hilton Mauritius
3. Hilton Imperial Dubrovnik and Hilton Vienna Plaza
