Free is nice, but I hope they upgraded the service.
As an aside, a few weeks later I stayed at the Chicago Downtown Courtyard and the Internet service was not only slow but unreliable with frequent disconnects.
It seems to be "good enough". I was ftping some large files through our vpn, and using skype with video- and did not experience any problems. Not sure if they upgraded the service or not- but it does work well in my experience.
