So NW would theoretically upgrade a PE D-5 so a flight on say 10 December would be upgraded sometime after midnight on 5 Dec?

FWIW, I was upgraded for a flight on 11 Nov. last night (4 Nov. just after local flight departure time) and checked every few minutes. Coincidental or not?

This is the first time I've monitored.
